1. Log into your Account and choose the item you want

2. Select colour and heel height and add to your cart

3. Make the order and input your delivery address

4. Pick your preferred payment mode and proceed with the instructions

5. On successful payment, you will receive an invoice and purchase information via email

Orders are non-changeable once your shopping cart has been checked out.

There are no reservation of items until payment is successful.

Our stocks are updated every week, especially our popular items. Please check the “Collections” page weekly. Alternatively, you can send us an enquiry here.

Pro tip: Purchase as soon as you can if you find an item that fits your style! Due to popular demand, we can’t guarantee how fast it takes for items to be sold out.

We strive to ensure accuracy of our items’ colours as much as possible across a professional team of experienced designers and photographers. Actual colours may differ with the use of different resolution, device or screen settings.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday shall be processed on the following business day.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Shipment may take longer if the order is placed on weekends and/or major holidays. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you once we have shipped your order.

This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and we do not have a proprietary tracking system.

Tip: Please track your shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchange

You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
o Unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
o In the original packaging with the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.
o Exchanged for another item with the sameor higher value item.
o Not an item that was on sales or offered at a special promotion.

All goods will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to reject exchanges if items are found unacceptable for exchange.

You can request a refund on your items within 28 days of receiving your original order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
o Unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
o In the original packaging with the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.
o Exchanged for another item with the same or higher value item.
o Not an item that was on sales or offered at a special promotion.

All goods will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if items are found unsuitable for refund.

Once the request for refund has been accepted, you will be refunded the price you paid for your item in credit. This credit may be used to purchase other items subsequently.
